This page explains how to request deletion of your Advax AI account and all data associated with it. We process deletion requests promptly in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
How to request account deletion
You can request deletion of your Advax AI account and all associated data by following these steps:
- Log into your Advax AI account and navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Confirm the deletion request. This will initiate the deletion process immediately.
- Or email us directly at support@advaxai.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Include the email address associated with your Advax AI account so we can verify your identity.
- Verification: For security, we may ask you to confirm your identity before processing the deletion. This is to prevent unauthorized deletion of your data.
What data is deleted
When you request deletion, we permanently remove the following data from our systems:
- Your account profile (name, email, phone, business details)
- All campaign parameters, ad creatives (images, videos, copy), and audience configurations stored in Advax AI
- Performance metrics and analytics history generated inside your Advax AI dashboard
- Wallet and transaction records (retained only as required by law for financial accounting and audit purposes)
- Account session data and security credentials
What happens to your active campaigns and data
When you delete your Advax AI account:
- Any active or scheduled campaigns managed under your account are stopped
- Uploaded media, creative assets, and campaign drafts are permanently erased from our databases
- Access to the Advax AI dashboard and API services is immediately revoked
Deletion timeframe
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of verification. In most cases, data is removed within 7 days. Some data may be retained for a longer period where required by law (for example, financial transaction records for tax and audit purposes), but this data is anonymized or pseudonymized where possible and access-restricted.
What is not affected
Deleting your Advax AI account does not affect:
- Your independent accounts or business profiles with Meta, Google, TikTok, or X
- Your Korapay payment history managed directly with Korapay or your financial institution
Submit a deletion request
To request deletion of your account and all associated data, send an email to:
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include your registered email address and, if applicable, your business name. We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Data privacy and platform compliance
Advax AI complies with applicable Nigerian and international data privacy regulations. When a deletion request is initiated, we ensure all related user records and uploaded materials are handled strictly according to the procedures described above.
